How Much Does a Cleaning Cost?

What Type of Cleaning Do I Need?

The type of clean you need depends on what you're hoping to achieve, how dirty your home is, and how frequent you plan to have your home cleaned. Our Cleaning Job Types include everything from Deep Cleans to Bathrooms Only and everything in between. You can Compare Job Types to see what is included in each job type.

Do You Offer Discounts for Multiple Cleans or for Seniors?

Absolutely, save 5% with monthly cleans, 10% for cleans every two weeks, and 15% for weekly cleans. Seniors and military members can save 10%. Also save 25% off the cost of Exterior Cleaning or Auto Detailing when you add those services onto another service.

Will the Same Technician Come Every Time?

As a small local business, you can rest assured that you will get the same technician every time. All cleanings are done by owner and operator Chad Clark. No need to explain yourself multiple times each time a new cleaning technician cleans your home.

What Should I Do If I'm Not Satisfied?

Give us a call within 24 hours of your clean to discuss what went wrong. If something wasn't cleaned that should have been, Chad will come back out to make it right.

Is There Anything You Don't Clean?

There are some cleaning tasks that require specialized equipment and training that we are not qualified to do and should be left to other professionals. These items include carpet cleaning, disaster cleanup, bodily fluids from pets or humans, and anything requiring our technician to get on a ladder. See our full list in our Service Agreement.

Do You Clean Other Areas in My Home?

Clark Family Cleaning can clean a variety of other spaces in your home including garages, basements, and sheds. Our Exterior Cleaning services can clean areas around your home such as porches, patios, an decks.
